If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CrochyKnots

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to crochyknots.com, accessible from https://crochyknots.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds available. If your item was damaged in transportation, you are eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping cost) or exchange. To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, you must create an unboxing video from scratch that demonstrates the damage. We reserve the right to refuse any refund where the product may not be as described by the consumer. If you can’t find what you’re searching for, please contact us so that we can assist you further.

Refund for all the eligible transactions will be done within 15 to 20 working days once we receive back the goods.

No cancellations are permitted once the order is confirmed. 

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address/
